The arrangement was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Order was placed easily over the phone. Receipt and confirmation were sent quickly. The only reason 4 vs 5 stars is I thought the arrangement should have been a lil fuller/thicker. The form/shape was great but it seem to have lots of space where flowers could have been placed given the 'deluxe' version -- beautiful nevertheless. :-) ---- Florist's Response: Dear Rhonda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
